EXCHANGE POLICY
- All eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- A valid order confirmation, invoice, or proof of purchase is required for an exchange.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products purchased during sale or special promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange, unless otherwise stated.
- Exchange is subject to product availability and verification.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, Lajpal Brand Hub may offer an alternative product of equal value or another suitable solution.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide clear pictures or videos of the received product and packaging for verification. After verification, we will guide you through the exchange process.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
An exchange will only be accepted if:
- The product is unused and unwashed.
- The product has not been altered, damaged, or worn.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- Proof of purchase is available.
- The exchange request is made within the 7-day exchange period.
Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted for exchange.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items are generally not eligible for exchange, unless specifically mentioned by Lajpal Brand Hub at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To request an exchange, please contact Lajpal Brand Hub through our official contact channels and provide:
- Your Order Number / Invoice Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for Exchange
- Photos or videos of the product, if required
Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
