Return Policy
At Lajpal Brand Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. To maintain fairness and transparency, all returns and orders are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of the order date.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
The product must include original tags, packaging, and invoice/bill.
Returns without a valid bill/invoice will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
Sale or discounted items
Customized or altered products
Used, washed, or damaged items
Products without original tags or packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of the order date.
Once the return request is approved, the product must be sent back within the given timeframe.
Any return sent without prior approval may be rejected.
Quality Check
All returned items will go through a quality inspection.
If the product does not meet our return conditions, the return will be declined and sent back to the customer.
Refund & Exchange
Approved returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit, depending on product availability.
Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will be processed according to company policy.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case of a damaged or incorrect item, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (images/videos).
Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Out of Karachi Orders
All out of Karachi orders require 100% advance payment before dispatch.
Orders will only be processed and shipped after full payment confirmation.
Important Notes
Returns requested after 7 days from the order date will not be accepted.
Lajpal Brand Hub reserves the right to accept or reject any return based on product condition.
